Who runs this site
San Diego County Bookkeeper is an independent website. It does not do bookkeeping itself. When you ask for help, your request goes to its bookkeeping partner, an independent bookkeeping company whose team does the work and replies to you.
Any engagement, price and contract is between you and the partner. You will see the partner's name before you agree to anything.
What we collect
- What you type in the form: name, email, business name, phone if you give it, and your note.
- The page you sent it from, so the bookkeeper knows what you were reading.
- Basic, anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, rough location, device type).
How it is used
Your form details go to our bookkeeping partner so a bookkeeper can reply about your books. They are not sold. They are not used for unrelated marketing.
Visit statistics help us see which pages are useful. They are not used to identify you.
Your choices
You can ask for your details to be corrected or deleted. Reply to any email from the bookkeeper or use the form on this site and say so. California residents have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to delete.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date below changes too. Last updated November 2, 2026.
